Kelolify is an online store platform for preorder and ready-stock sales, built for wholesale fashion distributors. For data you send through kelolify.com, Kelolify acts as the data controller.

For shoppers' data on a merchant's store, that store is the data controller and Kelolify only processes the data on the store's behalf. Each store's policy is at /privacy on its own domain.

2. Data we collect

The data we receive depends on how you use this site:

• Data you provide: name, WhatsApp number, email, business name, and the message in the contact form.
• Store owner account data: email, phone number, and subscription details.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and traffic source (for example UTM parameters from ads).
• Cookies and local storage in your browser.

We use this data to:

• reply to enquiries and contact prospective partners;
• create and manage store accounts and subscriptions;
